All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after the order is placed. During this time, we prepare and begin creating your personalized jewelry.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and completed, it will be shipped and typically arrives within 2–5 business days.
Shipping Location
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, high-demand periods, or promotional events.
Personalized Item Policy
Because every piece of jewelry is customized specifically for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been produced.
However, customer satisfaction is our first passion and priority. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Order Accuracy & Name Corrections
We strongly encourage customers to double-check spelling and personalization details before placing an order. The text you enter at checkout will be engraved exactly as provided.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the name or personalization.
If the order has already been produced, changes may no longer be possible due to the custom nature of the item.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives with:
- Incorrect engraving due to our error
- Damage during shipping
- Manufacturing defects
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and work with you to resolve it.
